Write Down Your Goals for 2012

Looking back, I actually made myself a set of simple goals for 2011 and was surprised to know that I managed to fulfill somewhat all of them.

NotOffline.com has definitely been improved in so many ways. I was able to go out of the country more than once. In fact, this is the most I've traveled in one year. I established more connections via other job opportunities and my career networks like meeting Mohan Gumatay and the rest of BattleAxe Network, and meeting designers like Dan Matutina, AJ Dimarucot, Arriane, and Brian Tenorio. Definitely spent more and earned 'morer' in search for proper investments for best ROI. And though I wasn't able to develop Graphics.PH, KEN.ph rose up in its stead, hence the term 'somewhat' from the previous paragraph.

Goals Met for 2011

I like how there's something I could look back to and reflect if I did myself good this year. Somehow it's like a resolution checker. Rather than simply speak it out to one's self then forget about it a week after.

If there's one thing I'd like to encourage everyone, it's to write down your goals for this year. Write it down as if it's a contract with your own self.

Set it somewhere you could easily look back to or maybe even see without fail every morning when you wake up. That way you are reminded of what you really want to accomplish and take things a step further as every day passes by.

When you want something, you can always work hard to get it. As I've said, you can always wear a polkadotted shirt, eat 12 round fruits, wear the color of the year, and maybe even do crazy rituals for good luck, but these won't do you good without any hint of motivation, dedication, hard work, and focus in what you really want to achieve in life.

Work hard and have a prosperous 2012! I know I will :)
