Not Sure if this is an “Anti Marijuana” Movement
So meanwhile in the Philippines, Gov. Luis “Chavit” Singson and Vice Gov. DV Savellano along PC/Supt. Orlando Mabutas destroyed part of the 106 Million Peso – worth of Marijuana plants in Ilocos Sur… by burning them!
Not sure if they all want to get high or just want to destroy. Either way, everybody’s bound to be happy by the end of the day.
