I was just thinking, are people still inclined to get a 'real job'? The one where you get to go through traffic and find yourself in an office for at least 8 hours a day? It's just that the potential of earning so much online has been greater than before not that almost everybody's in it. Home-based work. Familiar?
It's just a sad thought at times where I get to chat with a couple of friends who seem to be working their asses off and not get much compensation for the effort. What others earn by working 8hrs/day, 5days/week, and 4weeks/month is possible to be earned by me in a fraction of a week if not a day. That's based on minimum wage here in the Philippines.
Heck this blog alone pays for way more than what's needed to simply have it renewed year after year.
People recognize the power of the internet. But the feasibilities are still to be harvested by minds who can think and act upon the ideas of actually making money online.
Now don't get your hopes down and be all depressed with your current work. I'm not saying quit your job now and surf the net all day with promises of getting rich from home-based work. I'm just saying open the possibilities and try finding opportunities online. Who knows, you might find even bigger opportunities.
Good luck.
