Young Filipinos Bring, Yet Again, More Honor to Our Nation :)

Raise Your Voice - Change Climate Change YouTube Event has come to its halt and has declared its winners.

United Nations Climate Change Conference, also known as COP15, will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark from Dec 7-18, 2009. Basically, this will gather up leaders and representatives from all over the world and discuss facts and hope to result in a very substantial effort to reduce the amount of man-made greenhouse gases and mitigate the effects of climate change.

CNN alongside Youtube has built a Youtube Channel at YOUTUBE.com/COP15 wherein videos entered need to gather a significant number of votes and whoever wins will be entitled to attend the said meet and raise their voices there personally in Copenhagen.

On our side, Young Pinoys Paul Darwynn Garilao and Alfonso Orioste Jr have taken part in this event. Guess what, they won! Be proud once again Pinoys for you have done yourselves a great deal not only for these two individuals, but for our whole nation in this very crucial effort to save our planet!

Their video entry entitled "Raise your Voice by Filipino Environmental Advocates" was declared winner from hundreds of entries. Garilao and Orioste will be representing the Philippines and attend the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen.
