I was able to grab my copy of this which is basically composed of 8 Videos, 4 of which are Free when you visit the site and subscribe.

I'd have to say that this set of videos gives a good step by step instruction on what to do regarding automating your twitter. The only problem I had was getting bored at some point especially on the 1st four videos. Like the 1st video, it took a couple of minutes and all that it was discussing was setting up your twitter account with some intro about Tweet Tank.

Nevertheless, I actually gained a good amount of knowledge about automating and maintaining a twitter account. Like I said, the videos are step by step, though slow, it'll help you understand what you're doing pretty well.

Just a warning though, that despite the idea that yes, you will be getting a good number of followers by this method, there is still that missing factor of 'quality followers'. And by 'quality followers,' I'm referring to those people who actually want to follow you, respect you, and read your tweets. Needless to say, that can offer better statistics for making that sale.
